1. Who can use Emberly

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Emberly. You may only have one account, and you are responsible for the activity that happens under it.

2. Your account

Keep your login credentials private. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
  • No impersonation, fake profiles, scams, or commercial solicitation.
  • No automated access, scraping, or attempts to circumvent safety features.
  • You must own the rights to any photos, text, or other content you upload.

4. Content licence

You retain ownership of the content you post. You grant Emberly a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Subscriptions and purchases

Premium subscriptions and one-time purchases (Boosts, Super Likes, Match Extends) are governed by our Refunds & Subscription Policy. Prices are shown in the app and may include taxes depending on your region.

6. Disclaimers

Emberly does not conduct background checks. We make no guarantee about the conduct of other users. Meet new people in safe, public locations and trust your instincts.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emberly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
